As independent professionals, trainers enjoy the freedom to manage their own clients and schedules — without the overhead or constraints of running a full facility.

    • Squat rack and Rogue plyometric box

    • Air bike for cardio

    • Wooden gymnastic rings for bodyweight training

    • Cable machine for functional strength work

    • Rubber mat flooring for safety and durability

    • Water fountain and bottle-filling station

    • Professional, private atmosphere suitable for one-on-one or small group sessions

As independent professionals, trainers enjoy the freedom to manage their own clients and schedules—without the overhead or constraints of running a full facility.

SUBMIT REQUEST

We offer private treatment rooms for massage therapists and acupuncturists inside a professional physical therapy clinic on the Upper West Side. Each room measures 8.3’ x 10.8’ and is available for rent on Saturdays and Sundays, either by the hour ($40/hr) or for the full day ($280). Rooms come equipped with a treatment table and stools, along with cleaning supplies, while therapists bring their own linens. This setup provides a professional, ready-to-use space without the overhead of maintaining a full facility.
