Synergetic Myofascial Therapy: The Ground Connection Through Feet, Ankles, and Arches
4 NCBTMB NY CE Hours | April 24, 2026 | 5:30–9:30 PM
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Build a stronger foundation—literally—from the ground up. This 4-hour continuing education course provides foundational manual fascial techniques designed to improve arch integrity, ankle and knee stability, foot flexibility, and overall functional movement.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This interactive workshop includes both lecture and hands-on lab components. The presentation explores the history, scientific research, and strategies of myofascial bodywork, followed by manual therapy demonstrations integrating active and passive client movement.
Participants will learn and practice Synergetic Myofascial Therapy—a system blending traditional and contemporary fascial approaches that incorporate rocking, movement, functional assessment, and stretching to address myofascial pain and dysfunctional mobility patterns.
Focus areas include:
Feet, ankles, arches, and lower legs
Improving postural alignment and functional movement
Addressing knee and foot pain patterns
Enhancing proprioceptive awareness and balance
This is a hands-on training designed for licensed manual therapists seeking to deepen their understanding of fascial relationships and functional integration through movement.
